I was in your Warner Robins office today to be seen for cold/flu symptoms. I just wanted to pass along my experience in your office. I generally don’t like to visit urgent care centers or doctors offices period, but especially not urgent care centers. Reason being is because you are generally rushed in and rushed out with very little attention, like you are just a number. Because I only work in Warner Robins and not live there, I was unable to see my primary care doctor today. When I arrived at your facility today, I was pleasently surprised by the atmosphere. Your front staff was very friendly and very accomodating. The person who saw me for my illness was also very professional and very attentive and appeard passionate about her job. My biggest compliment though goes to the lady who did the work up and did my vitals. I don’t remember her name, but she made a dreaded visit to the urgent care facility a very enjoyable visit. She appeared to absolutely love her job and what she was doing. Kudos to her for that. I hope that you can look in my chart there and pass this along to all staff involved.
