Fasting is growing in popularity as a dieting structure but, much like sleeping, the sudden shift can wreak havoc with your body. Also, legumes (beans, peas, peanuts, etc.) have also been cited as the root of some people’s migraines. Also, caffeine, while often held up as a way to ease the pain, can also cause a migraine in people with a low threshold for it.
  4. Washing You Hair – Yes, you read that correctly. A study in India revealed that for 94 out of the 1500 migraine sufferers involved in the research program identified hair washing as anywhere from a contributing factor to a full-on migraine trigger.
